Lot of stress No work life balance Employee demotivation

There not much you can really do to keep running the business.

The CEO is a good person but not a good manager. You work on his terms and there no person independence, and at times your efforts are not even recognized. There is no standardisation and simplified work. There is a lot of office politics. The HR is really does a managers jobs and very hypocritic atmosphere. The company more or less is basically a family business run by the CEO. Salaries are not paid in time.
