I have been with the organization for over 3 years now. Over the years I have seen a lot of positive changes that have been adopted to ensure positivity within the organization. There is continuous introspection done to identify gaps/area of improvement and relevant steps are taken to plug the gaps. Regular training is conducted to uplift the leadership skills of current and upcoming leaders Adapting to customers needs and technology upscaling is the need of the hour and this company is not behind. Resources are continuously nurtured to adapt to newer technology skills and augment them with necessary training and certifications.
