Scheduling in Texas is feast or famine. Texas gets a new scheduler every couple of months, and none of them have ever been drivers. They schedule drivers to pick up clients without allowing enough time for the client to get in the car without being late to pick up the next client. Forget about having time to stop for a restroom break! Some weeks there are hardly any trips as the system had a glitch and the scheduler did not notice that no trips were coming over from MTM. It takes a month or more to get paid for missing trips and having to explain that you didn't to 3 people. E-mails are not responded to, phone calls not answered, and voicemails not returned.
