• Expected to be on call alot of them time • Salary does not adjustify the amount of work undertaken • Bank holidays inclusive of salary • No overtime or Bank holiday pay • Be expected to Deal with emergency situations any time day or night or on days off • Poor levels of communication between Head office / Area Manager / Site Manger no formal chain of command • Be wary of things to be done or promises not being honoured. • Expect to work in excess of contracted hours & not recover Lieu days back
