Dont go for job everif you get chance to join, very old infrastructure, old mentality, third class management I have seen in 2 years, if you have somewhat proper job dont join, they dont have any future plan, just playing blame games, juniors will not have any right for change and contact management, so old kind of mentality and no willing nes for change .YOU WILL BE FRUTETED IF YOU ARE YOUNG .
