The management doesn't know anything about marketing at all. They always presume that everything can be done with setting up a website and blame you for not meeting the targets. They even give out prices that's ridiculously way behind the market. Furious internal politics indeed adds another point to the cons too. Oh wow forgot to say, there's fine for late arrivals but ain't no any compensation for working overtime. What a wonderful company.
