Management talks about “quality over quantity,” but in reality you’re expected to juggle multiple projects at once and still meet tight deadlines. Workload is heavy and often feels unreasonable. Long hours are common, and the effort doesn’t really match the level of recognition or rewards. Promised incentives don’t always materialize, so take them with caution. Rule; dont trust the sweet promises. There’s very little flexibility. Working arrangements depend heavily on the manager, and benefits like work from home can be inconsistent or taken away. Instead of acknowledging overall contributions, the focus is often on mistakes, which gets frustrating over time. Benefits are minimal and below what you’d expect elsewhere
