- poor management honestly take it from me swear. - no empathy for its employees - the politics here is just way worse, slow promotion to no movement at all, the management doesn't even have this initiative to appoint a person to a deserving position, their strategy is that they'll be waiting for you to apply for that position you want so they can give just a few salary increase ending you'll have no right to negotiate. - they always tend to make cost cuts by means of firing people or implementing freeze hiring. Ending people suffer to heavy workload which the management doesn't even care about. - Inappropriate OT pay, no hazard pay, honestly the management is not compliant DOLE, people are just afraid to file a complaint because most of the employees here are seniors, they're afraid because the company does make an investigation. - no proper job description for employees, they will have you take the job/task of others which contributes to another workload, and they don't even give you an increase for that. - It's only the top management and union who benefit through the hardship of their subordinates. - incompetent top management honestly, a toxic place to be honest.
