Unfortunately I did not experience anything good at ATS

I worked with them for 6 months and I think it affected my mental health really bad. They will offer below market salary in the name of teaching you and promising a fulfilling career ahead. I was told we will make you the best sales person. Just give us 2 years. When I requested to increase my pay as per market i was told that u dont pay teacher, but teacher has to pay you. After joining for the next 6 months they were paying me almost half the salary agreed and if you ask them the reason they will ask you to adjust as your relationship with company will sour. And those same people will ask AEd 70 for petrol if they have gone to visit customers meanwhile I was asked to let go monthly 2000 AED from my salary. When you resign they will harass you mentally and try to get cash back from you as much as they possibly can. I have worked for many companies but I never had the opportunity of meeting people as heartless as ATS. I am not saying all these points to spoil their name but for people who are genuinely looking for true picture of how it was personally for me working with them. Some may not have this bad of an experience and i really wish all to have only good experience. But my experience wit them really makes me think as to how companies can exploit employees and we are unable to do anything.
