No cons at all. I've worked this industry for many years and Aspen Group is honestly the place to be.

The customers i supported were great and caring people. Fast paced environment always something new each day. Fun and enjoyable experience

Did get a raise for over a year, they have dumb policies that change constantly, one supervisor tells you one thing and the other is completed different expect you do do the work of 3 people with out any assistance, and where you tell them there is not enough time to get it all done in 8 hours they complain..
