Like most startups, we are susceptible to investor sentiments and have to pivot when called to, even when it deviates from the previously aligned goal, sometimes roles are created because they see a use case but has not been properly validated -> Lead to discrepancy when it comes to compensation since they are based on OKRs eventually A lot of adhoc tasks that pop up along the way - even though they are not in BAUs or OKRs, we are still expected to attend to them immediately which can be quite disruptive to the workflow A lot of first time managers getting promoted, there is work being done to guide them but is it really effective is another thing altogether.
