Even when you’re exceeding metrics they still try to place unreachable goals and then constantly question why you’re not meeting when you’re still above average. Not a lot of room for growth, always dangling a “promotion” in front of you but never actually go through with it. The annual merit “raises” of 50 cents are insulting and laughable. They think an end of year $1k bonus makes up for being underpaid.
