Assembled solves a real problem in the market - how do you deliver amazing support, efficiently? I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the strength of the customer base (over 300 happy customers), revenue growth, and product expansion. Overall the company has strong talent density and customer focus. It is also very well run - possibly a factor of the founders, and many employees, having worked at Stripe previously. There's a big opportunity and competitive differentiation for Assembled, and the team is very clear on what it needs to execute on to continue to win.

It's an earlier stage company and understandably many things are being figured out in real time - how to price and where to differentiate in AI automation, creating repeatable GTM enablement while continuing to evolve the product quickly, and new channels of communication while the company scales up. Most of these challenges are endemic to any early stage company, but you have to be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and be willing to step in and lead if you want to succeed here. Not a place to rest and vest.
