Lack of Training, poorly documented SOPs, unwillingness to implement process improvements that would led to time savings for employees. Limited coverage during PTO, making PTO pointless. Email overload: Emails include the individuals that need to act, the entire team and the shared mailbox, receive on average 150+ a day.
