It’s a simple formula here - deliver results and get rewarded. The senior management really cares for their people and the company has seen a lot of positive change over the last year.

      Long hours happen here and there. You might have to walk an extra mile at times to keep up with the workload but the latest focus on team expansions has been effective and promising
