Team leaders continuously talk to you without any respect and act like they're on the street instead of an office building. The workload is excessive, and the pay is far below industry standards. Despite the heavy load, there’s absolutely no recognition or compensation for the hard work. Promises made during the hiring process? Forget about them—they never materialize. The company is also notorious for being stingy with vacation days, and good luck trying to get time off when you need it. To make matters worse, the atmosphere is rife with gossip, which only adds to the toxicity. No one seems interested in addressing the real issues, and your concerns will fall on deaf ears.
