Flexible schedule with other tellers allows every one to trade hours or days. Stock purchase plan and other benefits are fair but at the level of the position it is nice to have the option.

Early hours on the weekends, locking down the place at night (have to be careful as it is a bank). At times the days you want off are already taken by other people.
