Insane micro-management. Never got to learn the business because manager laid out everything and every detail. Had to have emails approved for grammar (I was an English major!) before sending out. Manager would throw you under the bus as soon as his boss questioned anything. HR was no use. We had 7 people leave the team in 4 months and all reported the same problems with management and nothing was done. Work here if you want good pay/benefits but don’t mind be yelled at on conference calls, treated like a child, and being told you are easily replaceable. If you are a high producer, forget about moving to a new role.
