Twin Cities management is so two faced. Culture is a rumor mill and management doesn’t stop it at its core and they know all about it. Even if you do great they want more. Under paid. CEO is only focused on making the numbers for the Street so they look better so they can do mergers in the 4th quarter. So many higher up hires they forget about the people that are face to face with customers. Stay away from the Twin Cites all 3 market managers can’t be trusted. I’ve never seen a horrible culture as this. If you don’t do volunteer time or not part of a CRG group you are shunned.
