Terrible - Recensione dipendente - Personal Banker II presso Associated Bank

Reported unethical behavior, nothing was done. Training is 2 hours away from the city. No parking at city branches. They try to guilt trip you from using PTO because they're "short-staffed" because of how high turnover rate is. They don't allow the word "Sales" but in private that's all they push. The health insurance is terrible, I liked the old plan better. The company went downhill in how they treat their employees over the years.
