This place is owned and ran by sales people. If you are a talent in the freight industry this is a great place to get paid what you are worth.

Great culture. Freedom to grow your book and run it how you see is best for you and your customers. Excellent bonus structure a lot of milestone bonuses to keep your first year gross above average, once you hit the last milestone should be making good commission.I did much better than 42000 first year. They do all the little things too. That make a big difference. I feel grateful for the opportunity I’ve been given to grow with this company and feel that they are grateful to have me as well. Breaks are encouraged and you are free to take them when you want to. Excellent comradery and a stellar game room. Very low turnover and tremendous growth in the short time I have worked here. Turnover almost non existent. I feel like I’m gushing a bit but that is just honestly how I feel about working here. It’s not all a party you have to work hard and put in the hours to succeed but that is so much easier when you enjoy the space you are in. Grateful to be a part of this. And actually feel like what you get out of it is equal to what you put into it and that’s all you can really ask. After that it’s on you whether or not you want to succeed here. All the tools are here and all the amenities too. Best company.. Very exciting to watch it grow and to grow with it.
