Extreme micromanagement. The work is incredibly monotonous.. Sitting behind a desk doing the exact same thing over and over. Associates with integrity and work ethic are used as a "clean up crew" to complete what lazy associates refuse to work. This laziness and unfair treatment are never addressed. The health insurance options are all high deductible health plans, and as a result are very expensive to use for anything other than preventive care. All in all, it's a job.. It could never be fulfilling enough to be a career.
