They keep their employees happy! i have been pulled off the phones a couple times just to chat with someone if i am having a bad day, there are always snacks, big cubicles, they will sit you with people you can learn from, and a response from hr/managment takes less than a day mostly. Promotions are done well ( i applied for a job internally and was accepted for a more entry level job in the same area of the company with the option to move up)

Very stressful calls, not a job for anyone who cant take criticism or being yelled at,

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
