Most people are cool, 10% shift diff for the 2nd shifters, pretty decent benefits and paid time off (holidays and vacations), you can wear jeans, they are good about working with you if you need to leave early or come in late, if your a single guy you have plenty of options b/c alot of the woman their are unfaithful.

It's not about what you know it's who you know, crappy pay schedule (twice a month 1st and 15th) lots of false promises, horrible parking, lot's of cliques and displays of favoritism, unless your a minority or gay don't expect much praise for doing a good job, training is mediocre, unreliable resource guides, continuous changes, and the office politics are worse than presidential election season
