Everyone has the same benefit but vision and health are cheaper with other companies. Do not like to promote.but quick to push you out the door. Good oldboy network.

Svantaggi

They require you to work 5-7 clients which are similar but different and unique in their own way. You'll barely grasp the ability to pass quality due to constant clients handing procedures. It was challenging when you only had one. Start a testing class of 50 and you might have 5 left when it's over.

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
