Semi-decent hourly, and the company is newer so its not that busy.. thats all thats good about this company.

•Pay is not competitive
•Bonus structure is confusing and the worst I’ve seen
•improper delegation of management
•promising company at first, will become unfavorable after a month not fulfilling promises.
•100% customer facing, customer constantly watch over you while you repair
•no personal work space
•terrible break room
•etc
•scheduling is not the best but not the worst
