Comfortable work space. Upper management was supportive and organized. They were quick to take action when our manager or supervisor was not doing well. You do get promoted from within. My direct manager was at a point where she was not coming to work as frequently as she should have and they demoted her (as they should). Surprised they did not fire her.

Honestly I don't remember hating my job. Only thing I hated was the call center aspect of it which was the actual job function. But Assurant as a company is ok.
