Repetitive and monotonous Zero progression, in the interviews they will try to sell you that the job is all about having passion in helping people, being inclusive and progressing in the company. In reality it’s simply just a customer service job, with a weekly rotation shift never really giving you a chance to set a routine or have work/home balance.

There is almost no opportunity for growth.
The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
