No work life balance, they only offer TTFN if you have PTO but if you're someone who's chronically ill you never have PTO but if it's slow and you're willing to leave unpaid wouldn't it make more sense to let them leave? You don't have to pay them!! hello?! Common sense
Schedules change all the time and so you cannot have a life, you are literally a corporate slave. Modern day slavery and salary isn't a livable wage glad I left
