I’ve been with Assurant 17 1/2 years with zero growth or advancement opportunities. HR constantly advises you to speak with you Manager to continue your career growth. The thing is, there are no opportunities for growth or advancement at this company. I’ve been on the same Performance Plan for 15 1/2 years in order to advance to Team Lead/Management.
Absolutely zero career growth.
Zero chances for advancement.
Human Resources aka People Partners constantly advising you to speak with your Manager about career growth opportunities even though you’ve had the same conversation with each manager over the years there with no advancement or professional growth.
Management constantly refers to themselves as your Leadership Team while they have no leadership qualities at all.
HR will respond to this stating something along the lines of thanking me for my feedback & to speak with my Management Team regarding advancement opportunities.
