Pay too low. 2% maximum raise means crap for the low rung. Meanwhile people that make millions like a CEO means a bunch... plus they get bonuses and most don't. Also many jobs get displaced to India and many will be lost to AI or automation soon.

There is almost no opportunity for growth.
The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
