Management is constantly changing. No room for advancement. You have to jump through hoops for promotions. Even after you’ve shown you are more than capable to move up in a new role the paper work is always being worked out but never goes through. Depending on manger it’s just as hard to do a lateral move.

There is almost no opportunity for growth.
The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
