Being a manager at Assured has been both challenging and rewarding. Everyday brings new projects, from overseeing complex repairs to ensuring customers leave happy with the quality of work. Managing a body shop can be tough, due to tight deadlines and high customer expectations which can make things stressful at times. Balancing part delays and team challenges adds to the pressure though the work still has its rewards.
