Great values Extensive training provided to engineers, engineers provided with new vans and full set of required kit Decent salary Some friendly and hard-working staff

Values are not adhered to Parking is shocking Management team have their favourites and NOTHING will change their opinions (some staff therefore constantly get away with murder ie not doing their job) With an attrition rate of almost 50%, you just got to know someone and then they left - they just can't retain their staff Sales team are not honest about the what Company can actually do - from an admin point of view

I’ve just started at Assured and couldn’t ask for a better start to a career than at Assured. Interview process was brilliant. Settling in days were comfortable and relaxed made to feel welcome. Fellow colleagues are more than happy to help, I have confidence that if I have a problem out on site someone will only be a phone call away to help. They have given me confidence to do my job correctly and feel like I’ll be working forever the career progress is brilliant, correct tools and equipment for the job, and a fun, friendly and enjoyable place to work,
