At the same time, we take your concerns very seriously, especially those regarding transparency and any suggestion of colleagues being asked to lie to clients. We want to be absolutely clear: integrity and honesty are core values of our business. We do not and have never requested for any client to be misinformed and of course, if any team member has felt pressured by any colleague to compromise these principles, it should have been addressed immediately with the senior leadership team, however, this has never been brought to our attention. We acknowledge that several individuals have recently left the company, however this is due to internal restructuring.
