The pay is well below the market average for positions across the board. Retention rates are at an all time low due to not paying employees what they are worth. Once you put in your two week notice in they throw 20k-40k pay raises at you to get you to stay.

This company pushes its FTO program as a major perk, but it’s nothing more than a marketing tactic. You’re expected to bill 1,880 hours, which makes true time off practically impossible. After you subtract mandatory meetings, admin work, and the reality of non‑billable tasks, you’re left with about 112 hours of actual usable time off for the entire year — far worse than a standard PTO plan. Even worse, the company penalizes you for using the tiny amount of time off you do have. Taking FTO is routinely held against employees during merit reviews, creating a culture where the “flexibility” they brag about is actually a trap. The message is clear: take time off and your raise disappears. If you’re considering joining, understand this upfront: the FTO program is not a benefit. It’s a way for the company to avoid tracking PTO while squeezing as many billable hours out of you as possible.
