Upper management is a cluster, no path to move forward, low pay. If you make a mistake 3 - 4 different people email you telling you about your mistake,.... very much like officespace with TPS reports. Why are the males in charge so emotional?

This company pushes its FTO program as a major perk, but it’s nothing more than a marketing tactic. You’re expected to bill 1,880 hours, which makes true time off practically impossible. After you subtract mandatory meetings, admin work, and the reality of non‑billable tasks, you’re left with about 112 hours of actual usable time off for the entire year — far worse than a standard PTO plan.
Even worse, the company penalizes you for using the tiny amount of time off you do have. Taking FTO is routinely held against employees during merit reviews, creating a culture where the “flexibility” they brag about is actually a trap. The message is clear: take time off and your raise disappears.
If you’re considering joining, understand this upfront: the FTO program is not a benefit. It’s a way for the company to avoid tracking PTO while squeezing as many billable hours out of you as possible.
