Fun and friendly environment. Lots of opportunity to learn.

At the time, finances/taxes could be a headache to deal with. I believe it's much better now. A little stingy when it comes to pay. Laid off, I think, over half the employees during the pandemic, some having been there a long time. Although I understand why, it just felt wrong.
