Where do I start. During the interview process I was lied to about everything. I was told I was going to be given referring partners and a ramp up period. Both were never true. You’re put on quota your first month while in training. Managers don’t encourage team work or team bonding. I was told not to speak to coworkers or do team cold calling session. Was told by a higher up manger not to cold call because it doesn’t work. Managers would be passive aggressive and talk down on you. Product is terrible when compared to competitors. Majority of accounting firms won’t want to partner with you. If you want the experience crap come to this job. You’ll be put on pip your first two months. Managers will tell you to find other jobs and won’t fight for you.
