- Severely dysfunctional process that is constantly changing with poor top-down communication. - Bro culture, execs rule seemingly by fear, old management style... Sort of rings hollow amongst the younger members of the company. - Many customers not in a good state with very few new ones coming in. Seems like execs want to sell the company as soon as they can. - Rigid role structure, few opportunities to move up or laterally. - Low pay, poor benefits. As an engineer, there are far better opportunities out there.
