      People here really care, about each other and about the work. It’s challenging, fast-paced, and constantly evolving, which keeps things exciting. I have a ton of respect for the leadership team. They hire smart people who know their craft and actually trust them to do their jobs. No micromanaging, just real ownership. Leaders and ICs are treated like the experts they were hired to be. The product is hands-down the best in the market, and it’s amazing to hear directly from customers about the impact we’re making. I genuinely don’t get the Sunday scaries, I actually look forward to coming in every day.

      Things move quickly, so you need to be comfortable coming up with ideas and executing on them. If you like having ownership, you’ll thrive here. Resources can be stretched at times since it’s a high-growth company, but it really feels like a “one team” mentality.

      People are incredible. Everyone there truly cares for and lifts each other up. I have never enjoyed my coworkers at a place more than I do at ataccama.

      I no longer trust this company nor the leadership. They have destroyed every bit of goodwill and the position of the company through questionable-at-best decision making and it's had real effect on people's lives. I now question if the goal of this company is just to trim it down enough to be taken over by a hyperscaler looking to add robust DQ to its portfolio.
