Working at Atari has been an incredibly rewarding learning experience. The pace is fast, and every day is genuinely different—there’s always a new challenge or problem to solve. You get a lot of ownership and exposure, which means you learn quickly and develop real judgment rather than just executing narrow tasks. One of the biggest highlights for me is the international collaboration. I work closely with teams in India, France, and the USA, which gives a unique global perspective and keeps the work dynamic and interesting. Atari also supports this collaboration by sending me on work trips, which has been a great way to build stronger relationships and better understand how teams operate on the ground.
