Very large workload in claims, you will be thrown into the fire immediately and likely will receive out-of-date files with the expectation to catch them up immediately or deal with the incoming demands and/or whatever obstacle was already present and overlooked. This can create a lot of stress on any employee, let alone a new employee getting acclimated. Pay is good but could be better based on stress level and inundated workload.
