      The difference could vary from clinic to clinic, and to be fair, as an aide, I don't have to deal with corporate and the other technical complications my coworkers do. But my experience has been a good one overall! Especially because our PEC helped me get settled well into the tasks and the clinicians have been very friendly overall :)

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
