They do not hire a lot of aids and, therefore, they need you there every day of the week, at least in my case. Normally, every two therapist gets one aid to help them with them finish the patient's exercises after they do hands-on work if they are busy. You have to learn many exercises, but the therapists are more than helpful. You eventually learn them. You have to know how to do the office coordinator's job for when he/she is not around. It is very helpful to learn everything but it is a lot! That includes knowing how to deal with all the insurances, faxes, handle phone calls, working with doctor clinics. May seem overwhelming but it is not bad if you are willing to learn.
