      This position is a great entry job into the field as there is a lot to learn from, and the patients are awesome to interact with.

      Svantaggi

      They overwork their rehabilitation aides and almost depend on them during the treatment process because of the high volume of patients. The aides are not paid nearly enough for all the work they do in the clinics.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
