The pay is not good. If you are looking to go to school for PT or OT it's a great way to Lear a ton!

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
