      Due to heavy focus on expansion, frequent turn-over, and under-staffing, patient caseloads may become overwhelming with poor work-life balance. Management tends to be over-loaded, with neglect of facility upkeep and difficulty obtaining updated equipment for the considerable amount of clinics.

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
