Great culture: Bonuses ARE great and now based on performance(thank goodness). So as long as you do what youre supposed to then youll be just fine.

It's starting to get a little too "big" and PTO doesnt get paid out anymore.

Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

Svantaggi

The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
