      The therapists + staff are friendly and very skilled in their field Upper level management cares about each individual It is a quickly growing company They offer decent pay + 401K

      Svantaggi

      Extremely fast-paced at times (heavy load falls upon tech) Must be good at multi-tasking (MUST) Available work hours (Essentially an as-needed position; hours decline significantly if there are multiple techs hired)

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.
